Q: How do I obtain a copy of my transcript?

Transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s office by mail or in person. You must first fill out the necessary form and mail or deliver it in person. It may take up to 3 days to process this request. The Alumni Association has waived the fee for transcripts. Please consider making a donation - every gift of any size makes a difference in our alumni giving rate. 

Q: How can I obtain a copy of my diploma?

Replacement or additional copies of your diploma may be ordered through the registrar’s office for a fee of $50 per copy. Please contact our graduation coordinator at 561-237-7942.

Q: How do I obtain an Alumni ID card?

Once you have separated from the school, your old student ID card will not be valid. You can request a card by phone (561-237-7748 or toll-free 1-877-326-5966), email, or by visiting the Office of Alumni Affairs in the Schmidt Building, first floor, in person. It is free and currently you will need it for access to campus, the fitness center, library or athletic games. 

If you have a card and the magnetic strip is not working you may need a new card. Please bring it to the Office of Alumni Affairs and we will issue you a new card.

Q: How do I access the library and the library computers?

You must first contact the Office of Alumni Affairs to initiate a request for access. It can take up to 3 days to open an account for you and issue you a password. Once you receive this information, alumni can visit the library and take out books, music and videos, browse our magazines and newspapers, use the computers and printers, and access millions of digital resources and databases (on-campus only).

Q: How do I update my contact information?

You can access your current information in the alumni database by logging into the alumni online community.

Q: How long can I use my school email?

At this time you can access your account if you have been using it on a regular basis. If you do not use it for at least three months, it may be purged. 

Q; How do I join an Alumni Club?

We currently have three clubs in the New York, Boston and Washington D.C. areas.  We would like to add additional clubs. If you are interested in starting an alumni club in your area please email Barbara Sageman at

We do have regional gatherings called Lynn on the Road receptions, Happy Hours and local sporting event get togethers. You can find out more information on these events on the alumni calendar.
