Henry Edelstein '10 is a part of Minnesota’s most successful real estate teams; Team Edelstein. He currently works alongside his father, Tom Edelstein, who has been in the business for 41 years now. For Henry, it is an incredible experience to work alongside family. Working with his father has only strengthened his relationship and helped them to become the successful team that they are today.

Lynn University provided Edelstein with a small environment and the programs that he was interested in. While working towards receiving his degree in Business Administration, Henry was not a typical student. At only nineteen years old, he became a licensed realtor in the state of Minnesota. He worked as an agent during the summer breaks, and it was one of the most incredible experiences for him. He prepared properties for showings and for open houses, monitored vacant properties and did property management work. After all his hard work, Henry sold his first home in 2008, and it didn’t stop after that.

Henry’s use of communication and ability to build strong relationships has been the reason for his success. “What I focus on isn’t about selling houses. It’s about building relationships and this is a relationship business,” said Henry. “What motivates me is building different types of relationships with people. Everyone has a different opinion and view on how they want to purchase real estate and there are so many personalities you get to meet.” Henry wants to continue working in real estate in the future. He hopes to help build an even stronger team and build even more relationships. Henry’s passion for the business, his ability to relate with people and his understanding of the process is what separates him from his competition.
