Josh Morell ’10, ’11 has moved through the banking ranks since his graduation. He started in a training program to be a personal banker for Bank of America in Palm Beach. Currently, Josh runs his own practice as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch Management out of Philadelphia, Pa.

Josh says that the international student body gave him a great perspective on culture and diversity. He also credits the College of Business undergraduate and graduate levels for enhancing his ability to be proficient in financial services, which directly applies to his current job today.  Josh thanks Ralph Norcio for his expertise on corporate balance sheets and his outstanding way of teaching because Josh continues to use those lessons while helping his clients achieve their goals through investments.

Josh credits Lynn’s small class sizes and exceptional professors for pushing him to achieve the higher level of success that he knew he was capable of. His advice to current Lynn students: to set goals more than just completing your degree, and to meet new people and join organizations.
