The festival of arts showcases the talents of the Lynn University faculty, students and staff. The celebration will begin with an outdoor festival featuring live music and street performers at 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Food and beverage will be available for purchase at the street fair.
Show time at 7:30 p.m., the headline production "Celebration of the Arts" will take the stage. The show is a cabaret style performance of musical theatre, dance, poetry and short plays, and includes a performance by Lynn's Conservatory of Music.
Carrie Simpson, assistant professor in the Dialogues of Learning at Lynn University, is the creative director for the "Celebration of the Arts" production. Professor Simpson received her Master of Fine Arts from Florida Atlantic University and has performed in local theatres such as Palm Beach Dramaworks, The Kravis Center, The Naked Stage and the Boca Raton Theatre Guild.
Faculty/Staff/Students can receive complimentary tickets by showing their IDs at the Box Office. Reservations Required.
