Heisner, a native of Chicago, is a second-generation McDonald’s owner, working at stores owned by her father. She worked on weekends or after school at first, growing into the family business as a crew member. Then she started her own business empire. She started with one McDonald’s store purchase, and then another, and then bought two of her father’s stores upon his retirement. She then expanded her presence in Chicago by acquiring other stores, until at one point she operated 11 McDonald’s.
When she decided to move to Florida five years ago, she had to sell the Chicago stores, as per McDonald’s rules. Then she bought seven Palm Beach County stores from a franchisee. Last month, she opened a store in Loxahatchee. She’s excited about the Loxahatchee store’s opening, but she’s not content to stick with what she has. Her goal is to operate 10 stores in Palm Beach County, so expect two more out of Heisner Enterprises Partnerships in the future.
Heisner is active in the community and supports schools to help them raise money for projects, is a strong supporter of the local Ronald McDonalds House and numerous other charities.
