Jarred Elmar has over 14 years of real estate experience. Since 1998 Mr. Elmar and his partners have been acquiring and managing commercial real estate with over 1.3 million square feet of retail, multi-family and residential acquisitions to date. Mr. Elmar focuses primarily on neighborhood retail centers as well as Multi Unit (100+) Apartment complexes. Prior to 1998 Mr. Elmar was finance major at Kennesaw State, located in Kennesaw Georgia, where he focused on finance, economics and securitization. Mr. Elmar began his real estate career in the Atlanta Georgia Metro area, where he worked in sales and finance. Mr. Elmar hosted a financial radio show on WSBR radio 5 days a week for 7 years strong. He has been featured on several radio talk shows to discuss how money works.  His shows “Cashing In” and “Smart Money” were dedicated to the “no nonsense” approach of how money moves.
