Michael Zapin  is a consumer rights advocate and skilled negotiator, Zapin is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts of New York and Florida. He earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science in Music degree from City University of New York in 1988.

Avatar Airlines  plans to offer fares between $19 and $99 with add-on costs for technology access. It will even allow companies to buy advertising spots inside and outside the planes.  It plans to use Boeing 747 jumbo jets with 539 economy seats and 42 business-class seats. The start-up airline’s operational authority is pending the outcome of applications to the Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration. Cities on its radar include Miami, Las Vegas, West Palm Beach, Orlando, New York and Los Angeles.

Michael also has served on the board of directors of the Jewish American Chamber of Business in South Florida and was CEO and production manager of The Turning Legal Company, Inc., a unique branding, marketing and advertising boutique for lawyers.
