Prakas & Co. was founded in 1995 to provide high quality professional services to Restaurant, Nightclub and Bar/lounge clients. In addition we were also founded to provide services to non-restaurant middle market business owners seeking profit through sale, or growth through acquisition.

Prakas and partner Davin Tran are about to open four Rhino Doughnuts and Coffee locations, serving gourmet doughnuts and small-batch roasted coffee. Rhino will also sell doughnut shakes, a version of the popular Dairy Queen Blizzard. Doughnut sundaes, made with Blue Bell Ice Cream, will be offered with any Rhino doughnut. Rhino will feature several new donuts including chocolate-maple-bacon and strawberry shortcake. Altogether, Rhino will serve more than 20 doughnuts, muffins and sticky buns. Fillings and glazes will be made from scratch.
